Capt. James Haugen, commanding officer of Naval Air Facility Misawa, helps kick off the 2010 Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas at the Base Exchange on board Misawa Air Base. CFC-O provides a choice of more than 2,300 charities that service members and federal employees can contribute. This year's campaign is entitled, "Make a World of Difference" and runs until Dec. 3.
