LTG Charles D. Luckey, Commanding General of U.S. Army Reserve Command, talks with Army Reserve Soldiers who are participating in Warrior Exercise 78-17-01 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., on March 23, 2017.
