Three heavy equipments belonging to the 16th Special Troops Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade, descend on Pocek Drop Zone in Postonja, Slovenia, Mar. 21, 2017 after being dropped an U.S. Air Force 86th Air Wing C-130 Hercules aircraft during the heavy drop operation as part of Exercise Vanguard Proof. Units in the battalion have come together from four separate bases in Germany and Italy to conduct this training event. Exercise Vanguard Proof is a combined exercise between the 16th Sustainment Brigade and the Slovene Armed Forces focused on enhancing interoperability NATO operational standards and developing individual technical skills.
