Portuguese Army Brig. Gen. Marco Serronha, deputy commander, KFOR, visited three different municipalities during his visit with the Liaison Monitoring Team, Multinational Battle Group East, Sept. 14. 1st Lt. Octavio Perez, LMT 1 officer in charge, explained to Serranho about the many different issues that face the people living in the municipality of Kamenica/Kamenice. Lt. Col. Jose Boria, Juncos, Puerto Rico, deputy commander, Multinational Battle Group East, and Maj. Higinio Figueroa, Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, commander of the 192nd LMT, were able to join Serranha during his day.
