New York Army National Guard Spec. Eric Eddy, assigned to the 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade based in Latham, N.Y. prepares his humvee for missions as a massive snow storm hits New York on March 14. New York Army National Guard Soldiers are prepared to provide mobility support or traffic control help to local authorities. The Soldiers were among 2,000 Guard Soldiers and Airmen who Gov. Andrew M.
