CAMP LIBERTY, Iraq – Spc. O'Neil Gaynor, a welder with the 16th Engineer Brigade's Headquarters Support Company, 62nd Engineer Battalion, and a native of Miami, Fla., smoothes out rough edges on a scraper prior to welding on its new armor at the brigade's Add-on-Armor site. Gaynor is part of the 12-member team that runs Iraq's only Soldier-operated Add-on-Armor installation site. Since Aug. 1, the team has installed new armor kits on multiple pieces of engineer equipment, including scrapers, graders, dozers and bucket loaders.
