    A Romanian air force F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft makes contact with a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft for the first time Feb. 28, 2017, during air refueling training over Bucharest, Romania. With the help of the U.S. Air Force 100th Air Refueling Wing and one of their Stratotankers, the RoAF became certified to refuel from all U.S. KC-135s, strengthening partnerships and regional stability.
