Stephen Stroud, senior operations officer J2/J3 JDOMS, Lead the Joint Operations Center in an after action review of the Joint Operations Center hurricane exercise, the Joint Operations Center training exercise at Robert F. Ensslin Armory, Fla., January 7, 2016. The Florida National Guard Joint Operations Center Exercise utilized twenty three separate military specialties and incorporated elements from the Army, Navy, and Air Force during the training.
