U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technicians, from the 723rd Ordnance Company (EOD) in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, demonstrate personnel searching techniques during a train-the-trainer engagement for counter-improvised explosive device (C-IED) training in Niamey, Niger Jan. 23-27, 2017, 2017. The U.S. Army Africa-led engagement brought subject matter experts to share their best practices with Cameroonian engineers to increase their capacity to conduct C-IED missions.
