An HH-60 Pave Hawk assigned to the 55th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron – Operating Location Alpha sits on the flightline at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Feb. 13, 2017. Airmen assigned to the 55th EQRS-OLA are responsible for providing combat search and rescue support to more than 500,000 square miles of area for the coalition forces of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve. A global Coalition of more than 60 regional and international nations have joined together to enable partnered forces to defeat ISIS and restore stability and security.
