CAMP ADAZI, Latvia – Command Sgt. Maj. Raymond Butler, command sergeant major, 1st Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, and Lt. Col. Stephen Capehart, commander, 1-68 AR, uncase the unit colors during a welcome ceremony at Camp Adazi, Latvia, Feb. 17, 2017. The Soldiers of 1-68 AR replaced the Paratroopers of 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. Atlantic Resolve is a U.S. led effort in Eastern Europe that demonstrates U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and dedication to enduring peace and stability in the region.
