PATUXENT RIVER, Maryland (Feb. 1, 2017) - Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) agents discuss details of an active shooter exercise at NAS Patuxent River Feb. 1 during the Solid Curtain/Citadel Shield 17 exercise. The anti-terrorism/force protection exercise ran from Jan. 30 to Feb. 10 and evaluated both the Navy’s and NAS Patuxent River’s ability to provide an integrated response to an emergency situation.
