Preston prepares to promote Tony Schumacher to his new honorary rank of sergeant first class during the unveiling ceremony of "The Sarge", at the O'Reilly Raceway Park, Indianapolis, Ind., Sept. 3. During the race, "The Sarge" passed the finish line with an impressive speed of 324.83 mph setting a new speed record at the O'Reilly Raceway Park.
