Stability Transition Team Commanders from the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division 'stand-up' as a unit during the brigade's color casing ceremony Sept. 1. The STTs will effectively allow the brigade to advise, train, assist and enable three Iraqi Divisions during the unit's trip overseas in support of Operation New Dawn this summer.
