CAMP PATRIOT, Kuwait—Lt. Col. Christopher Leung, Brigade Special Troops Battalion Commander, awards Spc. Joey Deitzler, a Salvage Dive Board candidate, with an Army Achievement Medal for Deitzler’s outstanding performance on the Salvage Dive Board, Feb. 1 and 2, Camp Patriot. Leung stated that he does not often give out awards because he feels that they are special and should be treated as such. However, he states that Deitzler’s performance more than warrants the award.
