Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF)

– Marines and Sailors with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, CBIRF, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command utilize their M53 Chemical-Biological Field Protective Mask and level “C” suits, which provide full skin protection from certain contaminants that could be encounter in a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high yield explosive, CBRNE situation while utilizing the sked to simulated a casualty evacuation during a series of a series of events titled “Downey Racetrack”, at Naval Support Facility Indian Head Stump Neck Annex, Indian Head, Md. Jan. 31, 2017. CBOC is a 15-day course design to prepare every Marine with CBIRF regardless of their occupational specialty, to be able to respond to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high yield explosive, CBRNE, attack at a basic level.
