Military personnel are unloading or loading a helicopter from a large military cargo aircraft at dusk or dawn on an airfield tarmac. The helicopter, marked with 'AFRC' (Air Force Reserve Command), appears to be secured with red straps and is positioned on the cargo ramp of what appears to be a C-17 Globemaster III or similar large transport aircraft. Several airmen in military uniforms are actively working to manage the aircraft and its restraints.
