CAMP LIBERTY, Iraq – Staff Sgt. S. Chris Kerley from Williamsburg, Va., plays guitar with the "Groove Coalition" jazz quartet, part of the 4th Infantry Division Band, which is on its second deployment to Iraq. Master Sgt. Stephen Mohacey from San Antonio, heads up the group and plays saxophone and clarinet. Rounding out the foursome is Sgt. Josh DiStefano from Los Angeles, on keyboard, and Staff Sgt. Brian Archer from Columbus, Ohio, on drums. The group's final performance of the deployment featured the music of jazz legend Pat Metheney at the Division Dining Facility Sept. 26. This is the 4th Inf. Div. Band's second deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
