A U.S. Navy submarine is docked at a naval installation, identifiable by the 'NAVSUP Fleet Logistics' building visible in the background. Numerous sailors in green vests and Navy working uniforms are stationed along the hull of the submarine, suggesting a homecoming, departure, or formal docking evolution. A support tugboat numbered '800' is positioned alongside the submarine on the starboard side.
