A large aircraft hangar is filled with massive quantities of fire suppression foam being discharged from ceiling-mounted sprinkler systems. The foam is erupting in tall columns and spreading across the entire hangar floor. A single person in a yellow protective suit is visible standing in the middle distance, dwarfed by the foam discharge.

Keesler Air Force Base personnel conduct a foam-dump test of the 403rd Isochronal-inspection Dock's fire suppression system Oct. 28. This test is performed every two years to ensure the proper function of system's ability to squelch a potentially catastrophic fire event. An ISO-Dock is a hanger that is designed to reduce aircraft inspection costs by allowing on-site inspections from several maintenance departments at the same time. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt.
