After removing everything out of the back of several Stryker armored vehicles, Aug. 20, third-country nationals and 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division soldiers, cleaned the vehicles in preparation for transport back to the United States. The 4th SBCT, 2nd Inf. Div., soldiers drove the vehicles from Baghdad to Kuwait as part of a mission called “The Last Patrol,” due to the unit being the last combat brigade out of Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
