Sailors assigned to the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy ensure safety precautions are exercised as supplies donated by Project Handclasp are offloaded at a surgical civic action program in Dili, Timor-Leste. Mercy is in Timor-Leste supporting Pacific Partnership 2010, the fifth in an annual series of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations throughout Southeast Asia.
