Airman 1st Class Chris Pugliese a loadmaster assigned to the 61st Airlift Squadron preps a C-130J Hercules for a high-altitude training mission, Nov. 16, 2016 at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. Pugliese and other aircrew members worked the flight in tandem 19th Aerospace Medicine Squadron’s High Altitude Airdrop Mission Support team, who provide in-flight physiological support to aircrews, special operations forces, high altitude parachutists, and other DoD agencies that perform unpressurized airdrop operations at 20,000 feet and higher.
