Senior Master Sgt. Michael Venning shares with distinguished visitors concepts he and other members of the operational contract support capabilities analysis cell are surveying and developing April 4 at the Operational Contract Support Joint Exercise 2016. OCSJX-16 is designed to exercise the full spectrum of contract support from operational through tactical levels involving more than 500 uniformed and civilian joint, interagency and multinational participants. The DOD-funded exercise got underway March 21 and concludes April 8. Venning is the superintendent for the 673rd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
