NANGALAM, Afghanistan -- Pvt. 1st Class William Brown, a Soldier from the 4/25 Field Artillery, sets a 762 time fuse on an 825 WP round. Brown, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, is part of an artillery group that is supporting the ongoing offensive operations of 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment in north-eastern Afghanistan.
