Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. Robert B. Neller, along with Sgt. Maj. Ronald L. Green, Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, visit the U.S. Marines of the Black Sea Rotational Force at Mihal Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, Dec. 25, 2016. The Commandant and the Sgt. Maj. spoke about the future of the Marine Corps, NCO development, as well as the importance of the Black Sea Rotational Force.
