Lieutenant General Ronald L. Bailey and Col. Jeffrey Smitherman observe future Marines as they raise their hands for the Oath of Enlistement Dec. 31, 2016, at Ever Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida. The oath took place on the TaxSlayer Bowl football field before the game between Georgia Tech and the University of Kentucky.
