A U.S. Army soldier wearing ACU (Army Combat Uniform) with the name tape 'CAMPOS' is leaning over and inspecting what appears to be an 'AMNESTY BOX' — a container used at military checkpoints for personnel to anonymously surrender unauthorized items. The soldier is inside a confined space with concrete walls painted yellow. A second soldier in ACUs is partially visible in the background.

Spc. Francisco Campos, with the Camp Victory Mayor's Cell, takes a uniform from an amnesty box on Camp Victory, Aug. 4. Among the items found were supplies from a combat lifesaver bag, uniforms, and bulk ammunition. Intended for single small caliber rounds, the amnesty boxes on Camp Victory have been misused as a place to drop off items that should be turned into a supply sergeant.
