When the Engineering Directorate at Hill AFB planned the menu for their Annual Team Hill Science, Engineering & Technical Management Awards, they chose an eclectic (but much-appreciated by engineers) “Pizza Pi” menu. To complement that unusual choice for a breakfast ceremony, this clever depiction of a pizza made from gears and nuts and bolts was brainstormed by the designer with little advance notice and created in a day.
