Navy Cmdr. William Johnson, new commanding officer of the Navy Expeditionary Guard Battalion, salutes while passing through sideboys at the end of the NEGB’s change of command ceremony, Aug. 4, 2010. During the ceremony Johnson took command of the NEGB from Navy Cmdr. Richard Hess. The NEGB provides security inside Joint Task Force Guantanamo’s detention facilities.
