    Alaska Army Guardsman Pfc. Travis Cooper, a construction equipment mechanic with the 207th Engineer Utility Detachment, competes in the North American #1 and Calforex #1 Biathlon Cups at the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park in Canmore, Alberta, Dec. 3, 2016.
