    Capt. K.J. Johnson, commanding officer of Naval Station Norfolk, swipes his credit card to pay for E85 fuel in the first vehicle to use the newest flex-fuel pump built in the Hampton Roads area. This is the second Navy-operated alternative fuel supply pump in the Hampton Roads area and the third in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
