Members of the Gabonese Armed Forces and Agency for National Parks await the start of the graduation ceremony for a 5-week counter illicit trafficking course at Camp Mokekou, Gabon, Dec. 9, 2016. The collaborative training, led by a team of U.S. Marines assigned to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa, was the first in a series of train-the-trainer style cadre development courses intended to empower leadership and enhance skills necessary to interdict illicit trafficking.
