Holden Sullivan, an Austin, Texas, native and electronic equipment specialist assigned to 146th Signal Company, Division Special Troops Battalion, 1st Armored Division, uses a pump to remove oxygen from night vision goggles at the Communications and Electronics Shop on Camp Liberty July 29. Oxygen inside night vision devices leads to moisture build-up, which can damage the interior workings.
