Mia Rhodes pins the rank of captain on her husband Jacob Rhodes of Macomb, Illinois, was during a promotion ceremony at Camp Lincoln in Springfield, Illinois, Dec. 12. Rhodes enlisted in the Illinois Army National Guard in 2011.
