U.S. Consulate General Milan Philip Reeker, welcomes fellow consulate generals from the U.S. Consulate Milan region and introduces U.S. Army Africa commanding general, Maj. Gen. Joseph P. Harrington during a meeting at the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service on Nov. 30, 2016.
