Warren Onkin, a Coast Guard Auxiliary member from Savannah, Ga., teaches Boy Scouts how to throw a heaving line to a ‘victim’ at the U.S. Coast Guard section of the Armed Forces Adventure Area during the 2010 National Scout Jamboree held here. Onkin is a member of Joint Task Force National Scout Jamboree, whose mission is to provide Department of Defense support to the 2010 National Scout Jamboree.
