    Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Maj. Gen. During YS 71, U.S. Marines and Sailors with 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade partnered with service members in JGSDF's Western Army to focus on bilateral planning, coordination, and interoperability to enhance the U.S.-Japan security alliance for continued peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region.
