BANGOR, Wash. (Dec. 9, 2016) Capt. Ted Schroeder, from Maple Grove, Minnesota, is properly relieved by Capt. John Fancher, from Hammond, Indiana, as commanding officer of Trident Training Facility (TTF) Bangor during a change of command ceremony at the Briggs Auditorium. TTF Bangor provides the training to officer and enlisted Sailors required to build competence and proficiency in operating and maintaining our local submarine and carrier systems and equipment.
