U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Brandon Eckardt, sergeant major for Marine Attack Squadron (VMA) 542, conducts preflight inspections during the Aviation Training Relocation Program at Chitose Air Base, Japan, Dec. 8, 2016.
