The annual event is conducted by the joint efforts of the Texas Military Forces, local civil authorities and the Department of State Health Services. Now in its twelfth yeah, OLS has provided medical screenings and immunizations to Rio Grande Valley residents and helped to train service providers in mass-care, civil response.
