Maryanne Miller, the first female to achieve the rank of lieutenant general in the Air Force Reserve as well as to be appointed as Chief of Air Force Reserve, and Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, speaks with local media following her change-of-command ceremony at the Museum of Aviation, Warner Robins, Ga., July 15, 2016.
