Marine Corps Installations Pacific Junior Sailor of the Year U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Eli Arwood and MCIPAC Blue Jacket of the Year Petty Officer 3rd Class Aresmarcleo Creus, builders with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, received challenge coins from U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Joaquin F. Malavet, commanding general of MCIPAC, at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Dec. 1, 2016. Upon touring the air station, Malavet met with Creus and Arwood where he congratulated them on their accomplishments of becoming this year’s MCIPAC Blue Jacket of the year and Junior Sailor of the Year.
