Richard LeCounte, a Defensive Back for Liberty County High School, talks to a gymnasium full of his friends and family on December 2, 2016. The U.S. Army selected Richard to play in the 2017 Army All-American Bowl. It’s an honor reserved only for the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players.
