Cadet Richard C. Dow (center-left) stands with Marines from Marine Corps Recruiting Station Charleston and Virginia Military Institute instructors and students as he is awarded the Commandant’s Trophy Nov. 12, 2016, during halftime of the Citadel versus Virginia Military Institute football game.
