Staff Sgt. David Tirko, an infantry squad leader from Buffalo, N.Y., gives a presentation during an Equal Opportunity Leader course held at Camp Victory, July 16. Tirko, who is assigned to Company A, 2nd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 1st Advise and Assist Brigade, 3rd Inf. Division, graduated the weeklong course that took place July 12-17 in order to serve as an EO leader for Soldiers who may have concerns about fair treatment and discrimination.
