Staff Sgt. Scott K. Schneiderman, standing, the senior intelligence analyst with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit and Fayetteville, Ga., native, participates in the maneuver under fire section of the Combat Fitness Test aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 16. The CFT incorporates two other physical elements, movement to contact, an 880-yard sprint, and the ammo lift, designed to simulate situations Marines may face in combat. The MEU hosted the Combat Fitness Test as part of the Marine Corps' annual training requirement for individual Marines.
