161120-M-MK246-046 RED SEA (Nov. 20, 2016) Marines with the Maritime Raid Force, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), participate in a live fire weapons shoot on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) on Nov. 20, 2016. The 22nd MEU, deployed with the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, is conducting naval operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
