USS MAKIN ISLAND, Singapore (November 22, 2016) The Honorable Mr. Ray Mabus, The Secretary of the Navy, greets Marines and Sailors of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group/11th Marine Expeditionary Unit following a speech given during his visit to the USS Makin Island (LHD 8), moored at Changi Naval Base, Singapore, Nov. 22, 2016.
