Soldiers with the Louisiana National Guard’s 205th Engineer Battalion, install the roof trusses for the school building being constructed at the U.S. Army South New Horizons-Haiti 2010 Mandrin project site July 16. New Horizons exercises provide persistent U.S. regional support through assessment, construction and sustainment activities over a three-year period.
